1 10oz can of Original Rotel

½ small Onion roughly chopped

½-1 fresh Jalapeno pepper (seed it to make it less spicy)

1 teaspoon Honey

½ teaspoon Salt

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ cup chopped Cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in the base of a food processor or good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with chips or over tacos.

This is makes such an easy and fresh snack to serve your family. Present a big colorful bowl of chips and a small bowl of salsa on top of a wooden cutting board or a cute placemat for fun presentation. This makes sort of an event out of simple chips and dip to bring the family to the kitchen all together.
