Recipe


Grandmother Hinton’s Pecan Pie
 
 

1- 9 inch pie crust
3 eggs
1/4 light corn syrup
1/4 dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

1 cup of chopped pecans

 

Beat eggs slightly. Mix in the next 6 ingredients, the stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 30-35 minutes.
