Moves APP for IPhone and Android

The Moves app keeps track of your physical activity, it even knows whether you are walking, running or riding a bike, just keep your phone in your pocket or your bag.  Moves does not need to be turned on, it is always watching your activity level.

You can see how many steps you walked, how far you went and how long it took!!!!  For example: My family and I went to the air show and while I was there I took 6.583 steps, walked 2.6 miles, in 1 hour and 12 minutes. 

Then at the end of your day you can then look at where you were, when were you there and how active you were while you were there.  Moves can even tell you how many calories you have burned!!!
