Retro Wednesday

Avacado & Corn Salsa

 
2 1/2 cups of frozen whole kernel corn (thawed)
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from 2 limes
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
4 small chopped avacados
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except avacado. Gently stir in avacados. Cover & chill for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, fish, chicken...etc!!
Makes 6 cups.
