How does Jesus say we are supposed to give?
(Privately without announcing it to everyone. Have your child think of something they can give away to the church, a friend or a charitable organization)
How does Jesus say we are to pray?
(Jesus gives us an example in the Lord's Prayer)
Does Jesus say fasting is optional?
(Actually Jesus uses the phrase "when you fast" leading us to believe that all believers should fast from time to time to learn to be dependent on God rather than food or things. Have your children consider a media fast or fasting from their favorite food, drink or treat.)
