Protect
This House

Mamas really do set the temperature or mood in the
home. We set the standard for good manners, honor, respect, and gratitude-
especially towards daddy. Our laughter and enthusiasm also play a very
important role in the atmosphere of our home.
Do we choose joy and give love freely? Do we overlook
offenses and not allow ourselves to keep a record of wrongs? It not, it only
influences our children to do the same, but it greatly influences our husband
and his desire to want to be at home verses to being at work, on the golf
course, or anywhere else but at home.
Do we welcome our family home with a warm smile and hot
meal or a bad attitude and cold shoulder?
“Be
devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” Romans 12:10
We have control
over very little in life, but in the home, is where our legacy is made and
where those living inside can flourish under our care.
Many, many women across the globe would love to have
what you have. Could it be that
blessings are being taken for granted all too regularly?
Cheer up, count your blessings, and protect that
house.
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Matthew
6:21
