Favorite Ways To Cut Calories
Carbs are a killer for the waistline, but I really
LOVE chips & dip!! So, I now enjoy salsa and other favorite dips with zero
carb “chips”. Fresh cut veggies like zucchini, squash, and cucumber cut thick
enough to be a vehicle for dip is really satisfying!
To stop eating at 7:00 pm at night makes a big
difference, to make it easier, go floss and brush your teeth. But, when I
really need something I go for a hot cup of Chamomile tea which also soothes and
relaxes.
Flavor your morning coffee with cinnamon, and learn to
love lemon in your iced tea.
