Being a parent is not
for the weak!
Parenting takes intentional choices
and being purposeful with our words and actions with children. Just as the Lord
lovingly corrects us, we are to instruct/correct our little ones without shame
or anger.
Increase your parental strength by
using biblical and positive words in your instruction. For example: “Obey
Mommy,” “Honor daddy,” “Be truthful,”…you get the idea, the words we use are
powerful; the same words that your child will read in scripture.
