Comfort Cancels Hurt


Refuse to argue with or be angry at someone who is obviously hurting. Comfort them instead with a soft tone and sympathy. Avoid conflict by not defending yourself. Just simply say, “That must hurt badly” or “I understand” or “How can I help”.
