Christmas Crack

I know what you are thinking….
how inappropriate!
But, you can't eat just one and it is made with Crackers!

Christmas Crack!
Gather your ingredients:
3/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 package of saltine crackers
1 package of semi sweet chocolate chips
Sprinkles (broken candy canes are my favorite)
Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Bring your butter and sugar to a boil in a sauce pan, while stirring for 3 minutes.  Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Align your crackers on the cookie sheet.  Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and put it in the oven for about 8 minutes.  Take them out and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let it set for a few minutes until the chocolate chips are soft enough to spread with spatula. Top with sprinkles.  Put it in the fridge or freezer. When it hardens break it up by hand.
This is pretty and makes great gifts!
