Christmas Casserole

Easy and Delicious Christmas Breakfast Casserole

So easy! Prepare the night before, refrigerate, bake Christmas morning and its ready in 25 minutes!

6 slices thick bread
1 roll of breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded cheese
1 dozen eggs
2 cups half & half

Directions: Brown the breakfast sausage. Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of baking dish. Layer sausage over bread, then cheese. Whip eggs with half & half and pour on top. Cover with aluminum foil and put in the fridge for 8 - 12 hours. Preheat oven to 350 when ready to cook. Bake for 25 minutes.
